UK Mainland orders are sent with DPD on a next day service. Our typical processing time before dispatch is 1–3 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

Due to regulations, we are unable to ship biocide products to Northern Ireland. If you’re unsure whether a product is classified as a biocide, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.

What Happens After You Order.
DPD Next Day Service
UK Mainland orders are sent with DPD on a next day service. “Next day” refers to the courier service used once dispatched — your parcel is due the working day after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
Processing Times
Our typical turnaround is 1–3 business days before dispatch, though this may increase during sales or holiday periods. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only, excluding bank holidays.
Dispatch Confirmation
You’ll receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If this email arrives on a weekend or public holiday, your parcel will be collected by DPD the next working day.
Order Tracking
Please ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout — tracking is sent automatically. If you don’t see your dispatch email, check your junk or spam folder.
Collection Options
Collect or Send Your Own Courier.
Click & Collect
Collection is available from our Basildon address. We do not offer same-day collection. Place your order online and we’ll email you when it’s ready to collect.
Using Your Own Courier
You may arrange your own courier. Please contact us with your required items and full address. We’ll raise an invoice, and once paid, we’ll email parcel dimensions and weight so you can book your courier. Please note: we cannot book, amend, or manage courier collections on your behalf.

Courier Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, industrial action, seasonal backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier straight away. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible. In most cases the courier investigation takes up to 10 working days, after which we will resend or refund — whichever you prefer.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection by the customer, a reshipment charge will apply. Alternatively, a refund can be issued minus the original shipping cost. If the return was due to a courier error, we will reship or refund in full at no cost to you. For full details see our Returns & Refunds policy.
