Industrial Denatured Alcohol (IDA), also known as Industrial Methylated Spirits (IMS), is a high-purity ethanol denatured for industrial, technical and laboratory use. Supplied as IDA Low Methanol (IDA LM), this is a clear, colourless liquid that evaporates cleanly with minimal residue, making it well suited to manufacturing, formulation and lab work where the denaturants used in TSDA1 aren’t required.
